Each double sided box is machine cut from one piece of Mahogany without glue joints so that the entire box vibrates consistently for a higher quality of sound and a wider sweet spot. A thumb groove is provided to assure a comfortable and secure grip.

 

Each box is then sanded, buffed and finished by hand. Each paddle is made from custom laminated wood, attached to the box and tuned by hand to control the rollover from high to low pitch to match the natural sounds of the turkeys voice.
