Excalibur Crossbows X-Act Mechanical Broadhead has a 100 grain weight which gives about 12 fps extra velocity over the 150 grain Boltcutter and they are extremely accurate, like a field point.  The X-ACT also incorporates the "Clip Loc" blade control system which holds the blades securely during a crossbow bolt's "shot from a cannon" acceleration, eliminating the need for o-rings or rubber bands.  The three blades are deployed on impact with the target, resulting in a 1-7/16 inch blood letting cut.

Excalibur's testing failed to find a fixed blade broadhead which produced acceptable accuracy in the 100 grain or under class.
