The Bradley Technologies BBQ Smoker Jerky Racks (set of 4) are designed to double the cooking area of the Bradley electric BBQ smoker by inverting the racks and setting them on top of the existing racks. Great for the production of fish fillets, sausage, or other foods that demand a large but not too tall cooking surface.

The teflon-coated Jerky Racks have a smaller mesh opening that are ideal for cooking smaller items like beef jerky, oysters, almonds, vegetables and sausages.
