We ship to the continental United States only.
Shipping Time
Please allow 7-10 days delivery time. Length of time for delivery varies due to delivery address.
Expedited shipping available upon request. Please call 817 229 2784 before placing the order.
Orders will be recorded and have a tracking number provided by the carrier.
As soon as we have this information it will be forwarded to you, the customer by email.
Backorders
When manufactures' supply constraints cause backorders,
you the customer, will be notified and given the option of
waiting, receiving a refund or selecting a substitute product.
The portion of the order that is in stock will ship immediately.
Any backordered product that remains on order
will be shipped as soon as item is restocked.
Canceling orders
Once an order has been shipped it is not possible to stop delivery.
The products would then fall under the category of a return.
If a package is refused then a return freight charge will be added.
Returns/Exchange
If it is necessary to return products for an exchange/refund, all products must meet the following conditions:
Unused and in original unopened packaging
Return to BowHuntersHaven within (15) days
Copy of invoice enclosed with product
Enclose a brief letter of explanation
15% restocking fee will be charged - $3.00 minimum
All returns must be shipped prepaid.*
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON THE PACKAGE.
Contact our customer service department using the contact page of the website putting RETURN in the subject field.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and further instructions will be sent to you.

Products Damaged in shipping
We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Sometimes the carrier becomes aware of damages they have caused and returns the product to us. In this case we will file a claim and reship your order as soon as we receive notice the damaged package is being returned to us.
If damage is found upon your receiving or once the carton is opened keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.
These claims can take as long as 30 days.
If you would like the products reshipped prior to the claim being completed you will be charged for the second order.
When the claim for damages is settled you will be credited for the damaged shipment.
Lost Shipments
A claim will be filed with the carrier upon receiving confirmation of a lost shipment. Your order will be reshipped as soon as the claim is accepted by the carrier.
Manufacturers' Defects
It is your responsibility to register your product with the Manufacturer.
If the product is defective, then see manufacturer warranty received with product for return instructions.
We are not a warranty repair station; therefore, we cannot accept returns due to defective material or workmanship caused by the manufacturer.
* Shipping costs for return packages will be evaluated for refund.
If the return is a result of error on our part of course we will credit the charge.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on refused or returned
shipments that are due to no fault of BowHuntersHaven.
Bowhunters Haven can not keep up with the changes and definitions of all city, county and state restrictions for the products that we carry. We do not warrant that you may legally purchase, resell, own, or use all of the products offered by Bowhunters Haven. Several cities, counties and states prohibit certain products. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to insure your compliance with all laws regarding any products you purchase. Products of issue include, but are not limited to Archery Equipment, Knives.
When you place an order with Bowhunters Haven for products that may have restrictions, you warrant to us that you are a legal adult without legal restrictions and are in compliance with all local city, county, state and federal laws. CHECK YOUR STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS TO ENSURE YOU ARE IN COMPLIANCE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDERS.
